We provide a full reactive and planned maintenance service for our valued customers.  This includes a full 24 hour, 7 day per week on call service, 365 days per year. 

All of our tradesmen are DBS Enhanced checked and are fully trained and experienced in working within the most secure and confidential environments such as mental health and hospital sites. We understand the demands of working within live, occupied premises and therefore strive to work in unison with the likes of facilities/premises managers, estates surveyors, caretakers and matrons to ensure each job is programmed around patient or tenant needs. This approach protects client confidentiality and mitigates the risks on each individual site.

This field service management software allows knowledge and information to be shared, updated and monitored in real-time, allowing for smoother business processes and an improved customer experience.

Our mobile app is perfect for a workforce which is constantly in the field. It allows employees to manage their time and workload, leading to an exceptional customer service. 

Our entire workforce is continually tracked via a GPS fleet management system. We are therefore able to despatch the nearest tradesman to attend to any emergency call throughout our operating region. The technology also captures accurate arrival and departure times on site to support our on line job management system.
